ARTWORK
The works are packaged by Bravuraart and follow a standardized packaging process.
Ships in a tube(Only canvas) item will arrive rolled in a quality Hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.
Ships in a cardboard box(Small-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from Bravuraart to your home.
Ships in a crate(Large-size artwork with stretched/framed) item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey and will be tightly sealed together.
Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact support@bravuraart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact support@bravuraart.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.
SHIPPING
We use DHL, FedEx, UPS.
Our processing time is 7–14 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping times vary but are typically 5–7 business days after the order has been processed. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Absolutely! BRAVURAART organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at support@bravuraart.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.
If you received a damaged item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bravuraart.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We pack all paintings in strong Paper tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:
Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.
Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.
Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.

Bravuraart currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay,Google Pay,Shop Pay,JBC, and American Express. Bravuraart also accepts payments made through PayPal.
I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Bravuraart. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Bravuraart.
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
